In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscine #1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Sun 06 Apr 2025 Spa/wellness centre is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Sun 06 Apr 2025 Sauna is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Sun 06 Apr 2025 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Sun 06 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area. Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before departing. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning are not included, but are available for an extra fee. The outdoor and children's pools are open from April to September, according to the weather. A kids club for 4 to 12 year olds is open in July and August. Please note that the wellness area is open during the residence opening hours. Please note that only one car parking space is available per apartment. Please note that for Flexible Rates, a prepayment of 100% of the total price will be charged directly after booking. Please note that reception opening hours: - 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. From April to June and from September to October, the reception is closed on all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoon. Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.
