This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Hélios in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Exceptionally, ski-in and ski-out will not be possible from the residence during the week of 10 to 16 December. Access to the slopes is via the skibus shuttle, which passes in front of the residence and takes you to the start of the slopes. Reception opening hours : All days-24 hours a day. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change. Guests can contact the property before arrival. Price includes: Bed linen, towels, household linen, 2 bathrobes, a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner) Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Guests can find restaurants in the surrounding area. For any invoice request, please note that the name used will be the name stated in the reservation. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of EUR 12 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room applies. Due to construction work in the vicinity of the residence, the hot tub and solarium/terrace will be closed this summer. The SPAR supermarket at the foot of the residence will not open this summer. Another mini-market is located 1.2km from the residence. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 9:30 until 20:30 from Sunday to Friday and from 11:00 until 20:30 on Saturdays.
