Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Getting into the property: The keys are in a lock box on location. Please note, some apartments have a view of an internal courtyard. Should you prefer a street-view apartment, please place a request with the reception team. These are subject to availability. Please note that each apartment is different. If you suffer from claustrophobia, please contact the property in order to find the right apartment for you. Children and dogs are only allowed in some apartments. Please check the apartments' descriptions to confirm if that apartment allows/does not allow children and small dogs When booking a 1-bedroom deluxe apartment or suite, guests will be located to our 5-star property on Tanner Row. When booking a Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartment, guests will be located at our 4-star property on Micklegate. For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking. Reception hours are from 10:30 until 19:00 from Monday to Saturday, and from 9:00 until 15:00 on Sunday. Please kindly note that reception times may vary. As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team. To view our full Terms & Conditions, please go to: https://www.thelawrance.com/terms-conditions/ The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency. The property requires all guests to have checked into their apartments by 21:00. Please let us know if you have any further questions.'
