Please inform Kärnten Appartements in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Zwembad #1 is closed from Wed 01 May 2024 until Mon 30 Sept 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the bunk beds are only suitable for children and youngsters up to 17 years of age and younger/up to 70 kg or less. Please note that you can use the parking with 1 car for free, except for the apartments with 3 bedrooms, there are 2 places available for this. If you come with several cars, they will have to be parked on the grass and you will pay € 2.50 per car per day extra, here is also room surveillance. Please note that late check-out (is at 2 p.m. the latest) this is possible for an additional payment of € 35. This also applies to people who would like to check in before 4 p.m. if the room is empty and cleaned on time. Please note that our Whirlpool can be used for an additional charge of €5 per person per 30 minutes and that is only in use during the winter season (November until March).
