Published : 10-Jan-2026 06:57

British freestyle skier Kirsty Muir has secured the third World Cup victory of her career at the Aspen Freeski Slopestyle.

Having qualified for Finals in first place, the 21-year-old Scot held top spot from the first run of the final, with the rest of the field unable to overhaul her score of 80.62.

Muir's winning run featured a sequence including a right-side double cork 1080, left-side 720, closed out with a front-side 630 out.

The result marks a seventh career World Cup podium and third victory for Muir, as well as a second podium of the 2025/26 season, following a gold medal winning performance at the Secret Garden.

"I'm just very stoked with how I'm skiing. Conditions were slightly tough today, so we just managed to get through it. I'm just really enjoying how I'm skiing at the moment."
