FS: Brand New Scott Patrol Skis

For Sale:

One set of brand new Scott Patrol skis (170cm).

They're un-drilled and still in the wrapper, they're also still under almost 12 months of UK shop warranty - so it will last through the new season!

They cost me over £200 not too long ago, (as a gift for a family member), so looking for £150 ono.

A very nice set of skis for the intermediate who is looking to progress.

I got a pair of these last season, and have to say they are a nice pair of all mountain skis for venturing into the fluffy stuff and smashing through anything on the piste.
2 things though:
1. I paid £75 for them brand new undrilled from a retailer in Plymouth which was a bargain
2. Getting bindings to fit them is not an easy task, and the only place in the country who were intertested in fitting them and who actually had the right templates to do it were Ellis Brigham at Milk and Beans.
Good luck selling them. I enjoyed my week in Serre Che on them and will be using them again next season.

Thanks for the reply. I had a pair myself and loved them, which is why I knew all about them and enough to buy them for someone else who was an improving intermediate. However, they're no longer wanted so I thought I would sell them.
I agree they're a great ski - not sure what shop in Plymouth is selling them for that price, can you post the link as I would be very impressed to see that, cheers!
I'm not sure why any tech would have problems drilling these as the dimensions aren't particluarly unusual, they don't even have titanium plates like some of the new skis which require a tap to set properly.

Why did you have so many problems? which shops wouldn't drill them for you? - what bindings did you want drilled as the only reason I can see for having problems is that the bindings were unsual or no longer indemnified - not the skis.

Thanks for the support though Tony_H, I agree they're a great ski and lots of fun. I've seen them mounted centre too for switch riding, and they are very easy to ski off rails etc.

Sound Skis in Plymouth. They sell tons of these on ebay. £75 for skis alone, I had to hunt down bindings, and the rental ones I found were a nightmare to get a template for!
Good ski for someone going to their first mid fat I'd say, very easy to get on with. Hope you have sold them!
