So here's the thing.
After promising to get fit after last years skiing, and stop my burning thighs, suffice to say, I've done nothing ( unless you call golf, excercise).
I booked yesterday, to go on 18th January to Val d'Isere. :D So about 10 days to sort my self out. :!:
Whilst I know that's not long enough to 'get fit', what are the recommendations at this late stage.
I'm thinking of focused muscle toning and stretches, rather than cardio vascular.

when I'm not on my bike that is.
Val D'Isere is a hell of a way by bike, he'll have to leave tomorrow!

Yoga, class near you? I would do it every day if I could get a class that wasn't filled with late menopausal women...
