Hey guys, haven't been on here in a while. Browsed the forums a bit in the summer when my skiing hormones picked up a bit :P. This year me and my friends, we're students so money is on the low side, really want to go skiing and were wandering what is the cheapest way to go skiing in France. We are willing to stay anywehere basically! We're looking to go for about 5-7 days.
So does anyone ave any ideas?
Thanks!

There is no cheap way to go skiing, perhaps some smaller southern alp french resorts may be a bit more competitive only other option is the Pyrenees.
I guess the cheapest skiing I have found in central Europe is in Italy.

Tom, lots of Universities and Colleges organise ski trips. Ask around to see if there are any available to you and your friends. That would probably be the cheapest option. Perhaps the 2nd cheapest would be to travel by overnight coach with packages from ski operators like Club Cantabrica (for example).
For Europe, France is overall probably the most expensive place to ski, unless, as suggested, you seek out the small resorts or head for the Pyrenees.
Andorra could be an option for you if you eventually decide that skiing in France is too pricey.

Thanks for the info guys. Sadly that holiday isn't for enough people otherwise that would have been great. We can probaly get a group of plus 10 to go so do you think there is any chance of getting some discount for having a large group?
