Nice normal local family from Newtownmountkennedy are travelling to St. Jean d'Alpe near to Morzine from the 19-29th December for ten days. We are flying into Geneva on the 19th, renting a big seven seater in Geneva and going to the chalet. The chalet is amazing, like out of a picture book, really top quality. The ski passes are cheaper in this resort than Morzine. We have five big bedrooms. We will take two doubles and a single and the other two doubles are for another family/couple. There is a lift to and from the ski station (it's nearby anyway) it's on a bus route. The other family gets to stay in the chalet for €800 which is a steal in that part of the world, ski pass is €600 for us 5 but we are doing all day ones. and the ski hire for all of us is 200€ . Carrefour nearby so food cheap enough and good quality. So if you don't fancy sitting at home for Christmas and want to do something different at a great price
We are happy to meet up and chat about this if interested. It's a great opportunity to go away for Christmas but for little money if you are a family. Normally the chalet is 3k a week. The tickets from Belfast are cheap as chips at the moment (on the 19th which is why we chose the date). We can drive everyone up to airport in Belfast in our car,
