Whilst skiing cross your legs, ie lift a ski up and but it on the wrong side, then take the other ski, and uncross it behind your body.

I often cross my legs when skiing, but I dont think I am meant too. I have been doing a lot more excercise lately, not just to get fit but to try and loosen my joints a bit. Knees and joints seem to be okay, just a bit tight.

Yes, I find that too, but had always assumed it was my age and the fact that I do have a dodgy neck.

Caron, repetitions of that pose should sort your knee out.

Any chance of you being ski-fit this season? You were doubtful.

My OH had a second Xray this week, and the man said it's all healing good, probably no ligament damage, and to get some weight on it. He even ventured a view that she may be OK to ski at New Year!!

I find the same - but I have been putting it down to tension . Must try to relax more .

To be honest if my yoga instructer were to look like the picture RossF posted, then I certainly wouldn't be clearing up any stiffness problems.
