Back to visualisation. Now be honest, how many sermons have you skied through. Also works for boring theatre, movies, school band concerts, etc.

I also do a lot of white water kayaking this way too. It's the only way I'd get to Austria now, Sanna, Trisanna, Inn etc.

I suspect that this is more of a male thing and women are jealous of this ability ).

Hahaha Trencher i dont know what stuff your American ladies are made of but it sure isn`t the same stuff as us Europeans. :lol

It doesn`t surprise me Pavel as its not in the male vocabluary,Twentyfirst century man replaced it with a little word more commonly known as EGO. :twisted: heehee.

Do you mean the famous ID Super-ego EGO from the famed Freudian personalities theory!

Because if so,,it is a great compliment since this ego is the center of the personality!It is the decision maker. the one who finally moderates conflict between ID and super-ego!

PS Some of my closer skier friends would tend to tell you that it is the ID that guides my ski gypsy life!

Nope its the Superego that makes the decisions as its the one that controls our conscience.
The ego has no morality and cannot take into account of whats right or wrong,Therefore it cannot make rational decisions. :mrgreen: just like most men :twisted:
Back on topic i dont conform to A or B as a skier (mother always said i was an awkward child )probably a bit of both depending on how my mood swings or which way the wind blows.

In my book AJ the "executive" of the person is the Ego since the Super-ego can do many "irrational" things!

Now about the knees!!!! All this time I "pretended" to all that it was a skiing that did the damage.....It takes a women to see through me "stories"!!!! Yes two well placed hits did it! I do have to thank her since now I am like a 20 year old on skis!
Women are wonderful!

I always practice my turns in my head when I've got a spare minute to myself.

Like Adele I'm not an A or B. I think I have the mentality of an A but will never be one :wink:

Never say never! You can be one in skiing! If you "think" your turns,,,,you are "secretly" one!

Come out of the closet! Free yourself!

Come over to the A side!!!!

We will be waiting!!!

Here are some symptoms you may have;
1. At least one ski dream every month!

2.Visit any ski shops you come across!

3.View at least one ski movie per year!

4.Buy just another underwear/glove/sock/etc....just in case

5.Read up on at least 4 ski resorts you want to visit in 2010!

6.Have at least 5 ski magazines in your toilet room!

7.Head starts to turn and you feel "faint" when you smell ski wax!

8.You can smell "SNICK" cream a kilometer away!

9. Your calender is already marked for your 2009 ski trip!

10. You visit this ski site at least 3 times per day!

If you have 8 of the following "symptoms" sorry..you are type A even if you have not yet all the overt signs!

Run quickly to skis and hug them!
