Skiing with family

Hi,

My brother and I are considering going skiing together next year. I will be 16 and him 18/19, I'm a high intermediate and he is quite advanced. However, we have never been skiing together before. Which areas would you recommend looking at and should we go with a ski school or not, on our most recent trips neither of us did and i happily ski reds, and brother reds and blacks.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Long term you will regret not having lessons. I would suggest a week of 1/2 day lessons would be the best bet.
