Lucky or what - In our little corner of the southern french alps where no-one has ever heard of, we have got snow and i've been skiing every day this week in superb conditions.
Even, the super giant slalom international race is coming here this weekend because they can't ski anywhere else!!! he he he - sorry i can't help being just a little bit smug.
It's dead quiet, no queues, there are some serious off piste if you know where to go and we have SNOW!!!
It's Orcieres 1850 (used to be Orcieres merlette) - there are some real cheap deals for january - have a look at this site www.undiscoveredalps.com

There are words we could say but might be censored!!! Just glad there is snow somewhere....think there may be a lot of disappointment this X~Mas :shock:

And it's not so bad, and the blue sky is amazing .... don't mistaken i'm crying for snow but as all sports weather dependant there is not much we can do except wait and enjoy xmas !
