Dear All,

My Partner and I are looking for winter work as a Chalet Couple this coming season (2012/2013), we are very flexible as to which area within the Alps.

Earlier this year we both completed the 'Ultimate Chalet Host Cookery Course' - with Snow Crazy, it was a great course and taught us a great deal about Chalet Hosting. We covered all aspects of the job including; Budgeting, Food Hygiene, Preparation and Presentation of restaurant standard meals, Time Efficiency and Hospitality to mention a few. On completion of the course we feel very confident in managing and running a chalet this season. We are both very motivated, enthusiastic, presentable & professional as well as having the ability to work brilliantly as a team.

We both have a passion for food and cooking high level cuisine. We would love to work in the hospitality industry as we love entertaining, both our current jobs involve a great deal of customer service and time management. We are both in full time employment and have been living together for nearly two years. We will be available to work for you from the 1st of December. I hold a Full Clean Driving Licence and Fiona has certificates in Food Hygiene, First Aid and Health and Safety in the Work Place. We are both very excited about the prospect of working a chalet season and learning to snow board.

If you have any vacancies please contact us at:

Email - jackcarnell@live.com

We will send you our C.V's, a Photograph and a Six Day Menu Plan which is proven to work at high altitude. We are very much looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Jack & Fiona

Have you contacted any of the specialist chalet operators? The likes of Silver Ski hire couples.

Google chalet holidays in the major chalet resorts, Meribel, Courchevel, Val d'Isere, Verbier & St Anton, and contact the specialist operators.

You may have left it a little late, most tour/chalet ops start recruiting in September.

As Bald-Eagleman said have a look at the Natives website, they will still be advertising.

Good luck!
