Just wondering if anyone can tell me how easy is it to get from Avoriaz to Morzine and vice versa for the non skier?
Thanks

I was thinking about the reverse.
I want to go to Avoriaz but ski far more than Mrs Snapzzz, she would be happy to spend a day or two exploring Morzine if it was easy enough for her to get to.

Very easy.
There are two ways up to Avoriaz for the non skier. The first is taking one of the many free ski buses from Morzine to the foot of the Prodain lift (the main large cable car upto Avoriaz town) and then obviously back the same way,
Non skiers cn also get up to the Ardent bubble / linderates where there are loads of nice cafes to spend the day away for a slightly different side of avoriaz. ski bus leaves morzine from town centre down be les rhodes hotel

Whilst the Prodain cable car is open until 9pm week nights and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, it's not that easy. There are buses, but they're only frequent at peak 'ski' times. They stop running in the middle of the day for two and a half hours and the last bus is at 7.30pm so any visit into Morzine at these times will require a taxi up to Prodain.
I did get on the wrong bus once and realised straight away, but being lazy I decided to stay on until it returned to the same stop. To my dismay the driver chucked me off at Prodain as it was Lunchtime. I had to walk down, but luckily after about a mile some lads in, on and hanging from every protruding part of a mini bus on skate boards stopped and gave me a lift. :D

Thanks Snowb4ndit, i really want to go to Avoriaz. For some reason i always thought it was linked by gondola to morzine directly until i looked at the piste map.

It may seem a daft question but why do you want to go to Avoriaz if you are already in Morzine? Once on the snow you can easily go between the two.
The latter has much more for the non-skier & it's probably easier for you to ski down to Morzine than for a non-skier to get up to Avoriaz (Presumably some sort of lift pass is still needed to go up).
