I will be traveling solo to Zermatt at the end of February/early March, would anyone have any recommendations for good apartments and/or chalets? Many thanks!

I suggest contacting the Tourist Office direct. They are pretty helpful. Hotels run from Hostel's to 5 star luxury. If you want catered chalet accom, then you are likely to need to use a UK Tour Op.
