Has any1 skied in scotland?

Really? When it is good it is better than anywhere I have skied, when it is bad you'll be wishing you didn't bother.

If you are close enough to take a punt on a weekend or a day, go for it but if you aren't prepared to gamble on snow conditions and weather it isn't ideal.

They are frighteningly fast, probably a little too much ski but good fun. I think I have had them out twice in Scotland and they won't be touching snow here again

Edit: I would give them 1 star for powder and 5 for looks ;)

I enjoyed the Black Rose, and would buy a pair, if they are still in production when I'm next on the lookout for new planks :D

Is it theoretically possible to own too many pairs of skis ? :D

No! Although I currently only own 1 pair  :(
It's snowing here in London!

Careful you don't get snowed in at the Brunswick, they will suffer with the blowing snow on the south easterly wind.

I usually ski mid week at Glencoe + get a student price so doesn't represent great value (or at least wouldn't have last season at that price, especially as I was skiing for free at Glenshee). Will look in to it, cheers!
