I drink a bottle of Jack Daniels every day before lunch and then sleep it off on a park bench in the afternoon. My life is a mess.

Warm up and cool down

The simple act of bending over to do up your boots usually provides sufficient stretching for the morning, then the 10 yard carry of the skis to the slopes warms you up nicely.

As for a warm down, I think you will find that for Alpine sports this is actually called Apres Ski

I know what your saying Icy ........ but look at me as a kind of Cultural Attaché

Attaché? Are you trying to let us know that you are just a small sad case?

I'm gonna be grumpy in every restaurant that sells Goulash soup ....... What else do Austrians eat apart fom Sausage, Schnitzel and Goulash Soup, It really isn't the food capitol of Europe

I had a fantastic roast rack of lamb last Friday in Kitzbuhel. Complete with veg and rosemary potatoes for the princely sum of 18 euros. That was in a pretty decent restaurant too, pint of beer was only 3.8 euro as well.

I had the Goulash soup a couple of times for lunch, and am now a convert. Excellent stuff :D Another dish I had for lunch was a platter of local meats and cheeses, with various pickles [that shredded horseradish has a kick  ] and a glass of schnapps, what's not to like about that?

You are correct, apologies Snapzzz.

It was just bad timing that I got the two letters from Virgin when I got home, and you had posted this at the same time.

I will look at the small print and see what can be done.
