I dont have the same boots but that looks better, mine have never made that noise ..It does sound like plastic rubbing on plastic ..as I said try some spray polish on the inside surfaces ..failing that take them back and see what th shop says

If you read it it says all usual cover is provided except for covid ...my skiing is essential ...

I'm retired so the quarentine is just like normal lol ....
