Stopped in Les Lutins last year, a nice little hotel conveniently situated ..the rooms are ..adequate ..but ours had no wardrobe just a hanging area.. but the breakfast was great

The was a proposal to do something like that in Sheffield on the site of the old ski village .....but the council kiboshed it

The friend I went with hates helmets and just wears a bobble ..it is purely personal choice ..I wear a helmet and I know it can save you damage by personal experience ...As to eye wear it is what you're comfortable with. I wear photochromatic glasses but I have goggles if it starts snowing ..again it's your choice

There are lots of old skis that are in garages or lofts because people cant give them away ..shame we can't donate them
