Les Gets/Morzine is fab for all levels and has the brilliant British Ski School out there too

The unweighting thing happened to me last season - nearly sent me crazy at the time but the bizarre thing was, when we went to Les Gets 3 weeks ago my skiing had improved exponentially as a result, even though I'd not been on my skis for a year.

I loved Tremblant when I was there 3 years ago - smallish but plenty to keep us occupied for 5 days. The resort itself looks like Noddy's Toytown but we stayed in a great guesthouse just down the road with a hot tub and a fraction of the price of the resort hotels

It's looking pretty scrappy compared to how it was when we were there 3 weeks ago - and even then it was being hammered because it was half term.
If you're skiing in Les Gets stick to the bowl, the Morzine side was grim when we were there and they've not had any snow since. Or take the advice above and head to Avoriaz. Either way, have a good time! |

I'm a runner - not much of an adrenaline rush but it does it for me!

I can't recommend BASS highly enough - they're not the cheapest but they are great fr both group and private lessons. We were in Les Gets and Morzine last week - the snow is better in Les Gets but your ski pass will cover both - have fun!

I've just bought some as technically I believe it's illegal t not be carrying them....and it is thinking about snowing. However, as Husband is already effing and blinding at them and they're only lying on the living room floor I'm rather hoping we won't need to use them

Do all ski resorts have to have a blue run off the mountain?
