We're away to Les Houches on 2nd January, and we've skiied there in january before with plenty of snow - they have cannons too for worst case scenario purposes.
The snow is coming this weekend - we'll all be fine. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.... |

Les Gets is a fantastic resort - we went in March 2008 with my snowboarder husband, my blue run skiier 7 year old and me - a shaky red run skiier. We all had a blast, and there is plenty to do in the resort. It's a wee bit more expensive than some, but not outrageously so, and plenty of supermarkets etc if you're self catering (we were).

Les Gets has cannons anyway, even if the worst happens and it all melts ;)
We went to Les Gets at the end of March 2008 and it was fantastic - can thoroughly recommend BASS for kids ski lessons :) |
