Italy has a smoking ban but Austria and Switzerland haven't - or at least they didn't at the start of the year. I can't imagine France having one any time soon!

I remember last year in Saalbach listening to the clip clop of ski boots staggering past our hotel at 3am!

Coming of the piste and into a bar for a few drinks is part of what it's all about. However, having then gone back to the hotel for dinner, all we want to do afterwards is sleep. The thought of having to go back out again can be quite disturbing!

One thing to remember if you do go out in the evening, chances are it's going to be hot as hell in the bar so deffinately layer your clothing.

Seems it's a more popular sport than we first realised!
