Have lessons while you're away as well. don't let your mate 'teach' you as chances are you'll feel pressured and it may put you off for ever.

Though, once forced into watching an unedited video of my Mum's ski holiday we were treated to a full nude frontal when she was filming and her partner walked into shot. She swears she thought she had deleted it!

I wear both glasses and lenses, but would (personally) never wear glasses to ski - because I have the choice.
