I did a similar thing last year, flew from brum to geneva with ryanair and transferred to Les Carroz. Really struggled with accomodation cos the cheapest flights were outside of the resort's routine holiday week, ie, a monday to monday instead of saturday to saturday. But anyway, as a result of buying things separately and not considering the sat - sat thing, we ended up paying a bit more.
I just booked a package deal online yesterday for 8 of us, it worked out at 212.40 each, flights, transfers and a weeks sc accomodation in Serre Chevalier. That I think takes some beating! |

the "underground" provided a great source of nightly action for myself a few years back! )
best apres ski i've ever experienced and very cheap too!! Massive ski area in Pas if there's any snow. Last year I went to Arinsal first week of jan and some parts were pretty bare! Early predictions seem to be pointing towards a gooden though this year! Mind you, they said that last year?? :) |

roxy / quiksilver, some nice "section" jackets, Nike too. seemed to be quite a bit for boarders actually. I noticed a couple of berghaus items too. Maybe it was the prices i noticed rather than the brands. Although there were the usual Tresspass, surfanic and Dare to be items, there didn't seem to be many of them?
Think there was a lot more last winter tbh. Loads of stuff for women upstairs though! |

Just got meself a wicked WSCT jacket ("west scout" i believe is the official name). £59.99 looks awesome but a bit more than I thought i'd have spent on a jacket though tbh. But it's mega cool, i'm wearing it and my salopettes now!!
The Maxx in Nottingham seems to have a bit more "upmarket" ski wear this year. Some stuff over the £100 threshold and not much below £50. Still early doors yet though I guess |
