I am still interested, but have a mate who flies back from two weeks holiday in Mexico tomorrow. I want to speak to him first. We have been to Soldeu twice before and love it. Will be in touch.

Have used disposable lenses for five years with no problems. I always have a spare pair in my rucksack, and a pair of glasses back at the hotel.

Off to Morzine in early March as part of a group of 10. 5 couples. I have a floating week off work in January and will be booking somewhere cheap and cheerful with a few blokey blokes nearer the time. That one will be skiing, sleeping, skiing, sleeping....etc.

Thanks, that is a fantastic review.........even if most of it is not what I wanted to hear. A group of 8 is booked. We will enjoy it.

I know they struggled for snow in 2011 but had decent conditions this year, but we are looking at booking this for early March 2013. I have looked on some of the 'trip advisor' type websites but most comments are obviously negative from 2011 and not many from this year.

I value the information provided by members on here rather than nameless people on those sites.

Any info guys?
