After skiing in New Zealand and then working in La Plagne for the season last season, the question is where to ski this season when we will only get 10 days maximum and this could possibly be our last trip before we start a family, so it's got to have the wow factor!!

So Canada it is then! but where in Canada the obvious choice would be Whistler but I wanted to see what other peoples options are on where the best place to head is.

Are dated are pretty fixed due to the wife back working for the NHS, so we are looking a the end of January.

We are looking for amazing skiing loads of it with a days Heli skiing definitely on the cards.

Any advise would greatly be appreciated.

After the excitement of the early snow it has been very warm and dry the last few weeks so I think a snow dance is called for!

We will be in La plagne tomorrow and lead the French snow dance!!

This is our only chance we will ever get to work a ski season it needs to bw a snowy one

Me and my wife are off to work the French ski season in La Plagne and our chalet doesn't have wifi so we need to get a PAYG sim card with 3g so we can use the internet on our phones.

I was wondering if anybody knew which was the cheapest company to use? and which company has the best coverage.

I had one 8 hour lession at castleford and could parallel turn after the first 4 hours! I picked it up so fast I believe because I have ice skated for years. I did the mens fown hill black on my second day not with much grace but I got down it.


But how quickly I picked it up isn't the point, the point is the sking isn't that great and why have runs and a lift on the piest map that isn't thre

My first ever skiing wasvin bansko and to be fair I got board after 3 day's I would question where the 70 km of skiing is becsuse I didn't see it!! There is a lift on the piest map that isn't even there! After 3 days ee hired a car and drove to borrovets and that was no better!!

You get what you pay for a suppose.
