I hope they turn up.

City-Link didn't even put a card through my door to say that they'd left them. I only found out because I called the retailler to ask where they were.

I didn't, I paid with my debit card.
I want to scream at someone but I don't know who!!!

I ordered a new pair of ski pants and they were dispatched last Wednesday. They were delivered on Thursday by City-Link but there was no one in so they left them with a neighbour.

The problem is they have not got the number of the house and they only have the name of the person who signed for them which is 'Sharpe'. I have knocked at the 10 closest houses to me and no one has heard of anyone called 'Sharpe'. It has also been a week now and no one has called with my parcel, as I would do!

I did say on the instructions that is was ok for them to leave with a neighbour if I wasn't in; I think I have just lost £110

I am in no doubt about how good everything else is, I have skied in Canada (Whistler) and will do again. However given the choice I would still go for a resort that has easier access to the slope; there are plenty of them.

I might just give Europe the boot this time.

Banff is not for me; I couldn't be doing with all that travelling to the lifts everyday.

It's 30 minutes to an hour each way isn't it?
Gutted, trip cancelled.

That's bl**dy annoying! But I'm sure you'll find someone else to go with or someone to meet up with.

We're in Morzine all season, if you end up there. :D

My theory of sink or swim went a bit sideways but should have seen her go flying over the moguls backwards.

Do you, perhaps, mean that the wife won't go with you?!
