Thanks for that Ian.
I checked out the snow coach today and for the dates I want to go it's £144 return pp. That is the cheapest way I've found to get there so far (apart from drive and I'm too scared to do that (what with the snow and all!). Will be checking out snow train prices tomorrow - need to call them as it hasn't been possible to check online - it's three different bookings one to Paris one to Modane and then a bus/taxi/coach on to Val Cenis...unless I'm being really thick. :) |

Hi RossF,
Sleazy jet prices not out yet, checked other cheap airlines and they are a bit pricey. I'm thinking about going by train and need some help with transfers. :-) |

Hi,
I'm thinking about doing a second ski trip if I can. It will depend solely on cost. I've found a very cheap deal on accomodation now need to price travel. Can anyone advise me on the cheapest way to get to Val Cenis....please?!!! :-D |

I bought (my first)new ski's in March this year and the bindings were set by the shop at that time. They have been stored under the bed since. Will I need to do anything else to them before I use them at Christmas :?:

My OH and I went to Whistler for a week only last Christmas. It was so worth the long flight. Jet lag was a minor problem...we were up early...on the slopes early...straight to the bar at 4.30 ish and in bed by 10ish. We came home wishing we could have afforded two weeks but wherever we go we have those thoughts when it's time to come home. Feeling tired for a day when you go back to work is a very small price to pay for the best skiing in the world.
If I were you I'd jump at the chance...think of the powder!!! |
