rollerblading helped me alot. skating backwards, on one foot. helped with balance.

i have to try the feet glued together stance...see if that helps.
just got back skiing this weekend. skied the moguls alot better this weekend. warrens compression turns helped alot. instead of bashing the bumps i was alot smoother, better speed control and less wear and tear on the body. going in taller with a quiet upperbody also helped. i'll try elbows out next time. |
what is the proper stance in moguls.
feet shoulder width or tight as possible. back straight or curved? |
