A good gift for use with ipad (i recently got one myself) is a camera connector. Lets you load the pics from your camera via cable or card straight on to ipad freeing up memory on camera.

I have stayed in both ADH and Os En Osian and skied down to Vaujany on both occasions. Runs right down to resort in my opinion are not good and become very churned up and slushy towards end of day. If you are after a more lively resort I would 100% recommend ADH, decent bars and nightlife. I actually preferred my trip to Os as it had a more village feel to it and had a great bar at the lift station.
The main ski area is fantastic and I cant fault it, caters for all abilities. |

From memory the main road had a few hire places on it opposite the tennis courts, i would doubt that you would need to walk more then 10-15 mins to find one.

Well I just had a quick look online and they are still going for £150 in the shops. So £85 and its yours, I guess it would need picking up if possible as I'm not sure how much postage would be (I can find out if you would prefer).

Hi I have a Burton Deuce 2009, excellent board in good condition (general wear and tear). It's a twin directional camber board with good pop in both tip and tail, all mountain board which will allow him to ride it on compact runs, powder and park. The only problem is it's a 159 which means he can grow in to it, I know its bigger then you asked for but thought I would put it out there anyway.

If you actually want to loose weight then the best thing for it is weight lifting. I have trained seriously for a number of years now (9 to be precise) and the myth of running flat out to burn fat is bull. Cardiovascular exercise is great if your aim is to improve endurance or you are training for a sport which you need endurance for. If your goal is purely to improve your waist line then you will burn more fat by lifting weights. Just a few pointers below, if you want more info then I'm more then happy to help:
1. Cardiovascular exercise for males for fat burning should be done at approximately 130bpm any more and you are burning muscle to to energy needs of high intensity exercise. So DO NOT go sprinting if you want to burn fat. 2. Weight lifting will keep your muscles calling for energy for hours after a session, this means they will keep burning fat even when you are sat of the sofa watching tv after a session. 3. The most important thing is diet without a shadow of doubt. You can exercise 6 hours a day but if the fuel you put in is rubbish they it will make gains slow and tedious. To trick your body in to a constant fat burning mode split your meals up in to 5 small portions a day with a rough split in each of 45% carb, 35% protein 20% fat. 4. Lastly, never skip meals (mainly breakfast) this makes your body think it is being starved and the next meal you eat will automatically be stored as fat for slow burning energy. A good example of this is sumo-wrestlers, never eat breakfast then pile the rice on so the body stores more of it as fat. Hope it helps. |
