Had to pay for said holiday to-day and I asked them to refund the ski carriage money, they had already reduced the amount owing by the £30 ski carriage so well pleased.

Quite, but I'm not a bloke, I'm at least 10 inches shorter, 3 and a half stone lighter and have skis 2cm longer than the ones mfc's been using quite happily . Go figure :lol:


understood, my limited understanding of modern skis is that the taller the ski the faster the ski and the shorter the ski the more responsive the turn, therefore unlike the days of straight skis where your height dictated the length of the ski it is now down to what type of skiing you're doing and what feels most comfortable. I prepare to be corrected if talking crap :wink:
