Make sure you use bubble wrap, don't want it getting cracked in the post.

Roses they smell of roses

I'll let someone else be the judge of that.

Seriously though, if you are alchohol dependant and do not believe in god, you don't stand a chance, I didn't realise that the AA was a religious organisation.

the big J-sus and his crew were a right bunch of plonkies. Imagine knowing a dude who can turn water into wine?

And that last supper carry on would rival most après ski huts in Austria!! They all look hammered.

Lol...sooooo hammered they didn't realise their good time girly was a geezer!
bandit wrote:Today, I went to The Snow Centre in Hemel, for a quick slide, to check that my new boots were  after my alignment session. There was a set of slalom training gates set up on one side, and I recognised the skier, so went over to say hi to Kwame Nkrumah Achaempong of the Ghana Ski Team.

Hemel are one of his sponsors, and as it's leading up to the winter Olympics and he's qualified, he's training hard.

He invited me to take some runs down his training lane. These are full size spring loaded poles, and when he passes them they slap the snow. When I passed one, you could have driven a car between me and the pole :D However, I made several clean runs with no gates missed.

He's only been skiing 5 years, and the gap between the way we both ski is huge

I wish him every success for the racing season and in Vancouver at the Olympics :D

I went to view a house in Faversham and then a school that needs a new head in Canterbury. Thinking about moving out of London...just can't make up our minds where yet.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for Kwame at the WO.

Hi Rose, glad you had a good time, I know a couple from London who run a bar there, they love it, they've been there a few years now.
