I had a bunion removed several year ago and I have never had this problem. With Mortons Neuroma I think it is more common in women due to ill fitting shoes that squash the toes. You also mention 'getting the circulation going again.' Are you sure your right boot fits correctly, maybe you need a wider boot. :?:
