Metro Ski and Snowboard Show 2009

Admin posted Sep-2009

Alpine Fun for a Fiver - 21st - 25th October, London Olympia

(and £4 off the door price with our discount code)

The Ski and Snowboard Show returns to London Olympia this year, with a host of new show features, including an indoor arena with real snow, Après Ski entertainment and a credit crunching ticket offer, with entry costing less than un Grand Bier dans Les Alps*.

For the first time, visitors will be able to access all areas of the winter sports spectacle from as little as £5 when buying tickets for the opening day. So, whether you're a St Moritz seasonaire, a Val d'Isere virgin, or just looking for an exciting family day out, the Ski and Snowboard Show is your winter wonderland of choice this October.

Hang Time:
At the centre of this year's show will be the legendary 50ft kicker, where visitors can watch the crème de la crème perform gravity defying tricks. Both the British Snow Tour Championship and the London Ride competition return, showcasing some of the world's best skiers and riders as they battle it out for big air.

Styling it out:
Mashing up next season's snowsports apparel, high fashion and show stopping choreography is what the Brand Arena does best. And it's back with even more iconic brands including Bonfire, Westbeach, Faiise, Skins and Salomon all launching their winter collections in a visually explosive catwalk show that's sure to inspire your winter wardrobe.

(you might be able to tell that wasn't written here at J2Ski Towers, so here's what you need to know :-

Seriously though, if you are alchohol dependant and do not believe in god, you don't stand a chance, I didn't realise that the AA was a religious organisation.

I went to the show last year and ended up drinking a bottle of sake with an aussie guy from Japan. He had a stand for Hakuba where I had been to a few years back. Not sure if he is there this year but if so just ask him what the sake tastes like. Thats how I got drunk on it:)
I want powder. Nothing more, nothing less. Get it for me now.
