Snowbandit,
Yes, it's a lucky thing I'm going on the train and the weight doesn't matter .

I still worry about the weight because of having to carry it all!

Skifahren.

Anyone else know it? Its highly irritating.

I know it and although it's no classic it's not that bad.

The Hintertux has a couple of classics. Lookup Helmet aus Mallorca on YouTube :o

Irritatingly catchy I think. Always reminds me of Mayrhofen.

Nelly, have you done your exercises today? (You did say we were to question you on a daily basis).

:D :D

Ally

You're so good! I didn't go out on my bike but the dog had plenty of walks over the weekend.

Now I can't find my skiing exercise book :x I got it free when we booked a holiday with Inghams a few years ago, and oddly enough is by someone called Ingham.

Although my idea of looking for something is opening a drawer/cupboard and if its not the first thing I see then its lost forever.
Waiting to go.

But just think, once January has been and gone, you still have skiing to look forward to!

We have been in March for the last couple of years and are going in January this year (well, next year) so I will be feeling the opposite :(

Although I want to have a short break in Chamonix if we can, maybe April, we'll see.

Got Christmas first though and I get reeeeeeeeeeeally excited about that!

If you can't remember them I could scan bits of my book and email to you?

So, since I got my bike out, I've managed to get a puncture and a sinus / chest infection which has somewhat hindered my getting fit campaign.

Planning on starting again this weekend with Trenchers plans of 15 mins every other day of stretching (I have my little ski book of specific stretches) / 15 - 20 mins of bike riding.

Please question me on a daily basis so I can a) feel proud that I've done something b) get off the computer and do something c) tell a big fib.

Thanks.
