I agree with both Tony & Ally to a degree, I'm not a fitness fanatic by any stretch of the imagination but want to feel fit enough to ski for a week without killing myself.
My legs usually suffer more than anything which is why I've started with the jogging and stretching. And with just 6 weeks and 2 days until my train leaves, I've actually got just enough time to sort myself out :D |

This morning when I took Mr Dog out I jogged rather than walked! I'm not as unfit as I thought and only stopped a couple of times and that was to wait for the dog.
He was trotting along side me for a while and wouldn't stop to do his business so I stopped specially for him to poo. 3 mornings a week should be just about right plus the evening ambles with Mr Nelly and a few stretching exercises. 6 weeks Friday! When did I start this thread? :oops: |

I break up on 23 Dec until 4 Jan, back to work for 3 weeks and then off on my hols. Yippeeeeeeee!
Elijay have a great time in New York, we hope to do the same this time next year for hubbies 50th and my 40th birthdays. Even better if it snows! |
