I'm a lid wearer, just for one season so far. I think I would feel quite exposed if I didn't have one on now, I used to love the feeling of the wind in my hair, but as Tony said, its personal choice and I agree, I chose to wear one after seeing how easy it can be to have a severe head injury and die from a simple fall on a nursery slope.

I got through 21 years without wearing one and survived and I'm sure if I were to ski for the next 21 years without one I would still be fine, but for me now seems like the right time, for others that time may never come, its up to the individual and no-one should be labelled as an idiot for not wearing one and be bullied into it.
