When you heading there ? We are in town 30/1 - 5/2. Our first time there so can't offer any advice I'm afraid - but if you were there at same time it would be good to swap notes during the week.

Make sure you check out The Stash...amazing snow park hidden in the trees.
If your staying in the village then check out the apres ski in the main square (always something happening...live bands etc), theres a good place called Rhodos and Bar Robinson and for clubs Discotheque le Paradis and L'Opera are the two main ones.....
We stay in a chalet so don't really eat out; but there are a good selection of places in town that are always busy.
Have a great time and also check whether there are any inter-resort seasonnaire competitions on...these are always great fun!
Lucy :)

There is a place which i really like at the bottom of a red run in Morzine. I think its at the bottom of Piste F but as they all have such imaginative names I may have got the letter wrong. Its a piste that is crossed by another red R i think so dont turn right when you could just keep going. Next to a rickety old two man chair is a tiny creperie. its run by this lovely plump french lady, the crepes are nice and the coffee is good, its also just really cosy. if the weather is nice you can sit outside too which is quite fun for watching near disasters! Hope its still there as we are off to Les Gets soon. Also there is one called Le Vaffieu ( might be spelt wrong) up on the top above Morzine Its slightly higher than the telecabine takes you so you need to work your way up. That one is a bit posher for substantial meals and can be busy but you can book a table for lunch easily. Have a great time! :)

I can second this, its a great little park with plenty to play on. I dont ski park usually but i have been through it and must say i enjoyed what was there.
There is a very nice restaurant just above the super morzine bubble. I cant remember the name of the run but its a blue run and the place is at the bottom on the right. You cant miss it, the restaurant is only small inside but has a big outside seating area which is usually in the sun. If you go here then you need to have the omlette. It will be the best you have ever eaten..
If you have a full PDS pass, then head over to the swiss side down the long blue run to morgin from the top of mossetts.. The ski back is alot quieter than any of the runs in avoriaz and morzine. * pls note though its quite a trek so if you are not fast skiers then make sure you allow enough time to get back* A good intermediate should be able to do the trip in about 2/3 hours.
If you get over to Champousson then i can also recommend a stop at the restaurant at the side of the red run in the village, its not hard to find as its the only 1, the food here is great. I could go on and on but i think half the pleasure is exploring so go for it. have a great time... :DSkimmed plastering & Decorating. Contact me for a quote!
