Les Menuires

Been there twice for RAF championships over the years; yes it is ugly, but the newer developments are much better looking.

It does have, however, I think the finest and most neglected ski mountain in the Three Valleys: La Masse. No crowds, steep and deep if you want it, huge area, sense of remoteness and far from the madding crowd. Lovely.....

A big thumbs up for a resturant called La Ferme in Reberty. Give it a go for lunch on the first day and you might find yourself going back several times.
