Hi Caron - glad the op. went well. I'm a physio assistant in orthopaedics & we currently have a couple of skiers doing really well with their rehab. following similar ops. If you stay focused I'm sure you'll do well. In fact, we always find that any patients who are passionate about their sport are the ones who do their exercises regularly & stay motivated. These things do take a while but keep looking at your holiday photos & checking out the ski websites & you'll have no problem in remembering why you are putting all the hard work in!
