Bansko in Bulgaria opened on the 1st December. The lower runs aren't open but the top pistes are lovely.

Bansko is perfect choice! Especially at this time of the year! There is lots of snow and perfect ski conditions.
It's an excellent ski resort and you also may have a great night life there...
