Grand Paradiso is the hotel I have been looking at booking up. Hotel seems quite nice for the price. Just don't like the idea of wearing a swimming cap in the pool...
And Matt it sounds like your daughter will be skiing in no time.

I am still deciding to book now or to hold out and see what else comes up in the next week or so.
What I have seen does look nice place though.

I checked out the little town in Austria above that was mentioned by think it's all coming in above my budget.

Mrs turned 30 last month so took her Iceland... I think it's the most expensive place I have been too!

Judoo. I'll try to get a new go pro before I go. Glad you like the videos. I have been doing a few random vlogs lately on my channel so want try and do a ski video one.
I use Windows live movie maker for the vids but it's really basic and limiting. I am thinking in investing in a MacBook Pro soon and trying out a more professional program. (My PC is getting to old to run any program half decent)

You may well find swimming hats are required in most pools in Italy unless you are bald!

I went a few years ago. PT is pretty bland and billed as a beginner resort, but it is connected to Ponte de Legno and Temu which is tree lined and interesting, albeit a bit small, you also have access to the glacier and a 1000+ meter vertical which is pretty decent, I think it's classified black but more like a moderate red. As a beginner it's a good resort and good value but is ok for intermediates who don't want to ski high mileage's.
