Thanks, Finn. I had to take Herbert to task last year ~ one of the barns was in bad condition ~ so he knocked it down!
I too cannot draw or paint (not that I have ever applied myself to either) but it reminded me of the best run I have done in my short skiing life, when I came down the length of the piste with my ski poles held in 'picture frame' position doing beautiful feeling turns, to a well done from my instructor :)
Maybe art and skiing are linked.
I believe that, LindyLou. I link painting, poetry, and songwriting to skiing. How could we not? The mountains are so beautiful, and so are most of the people you meet.

Drawing and painting are two skill sets, both can be learned. It fits in well with ski life.
