The main thing I got from that video is that grass skis don't to the right most of the time :lol:
because I'm so inclined .....

or to put a more positive spin on it, they do the right thing sometimes. I tried them a while ago and concluded that they are not for someone who skis no more than a fortnight a year. However, in my case they worked as a pretty good cerebral stimulation -)

I finally got larger wheels mounted which required quite a few changes. I picked the gear up last Sunday and tried going faster. It works much better now. Since it was raining most of the weekend all dirt slopes around turned into mud slopes. If it rains again I'll try it on a wet sloping road in a nearby national park. This is becoming real fun :D

Haa watching that made we think only about rupturing ACL :-).See guy 3:30-4:40 infact almost everyone. Terrible sport, probably best attempted whilst drunk.

That's why rolling tread grass skiing is dying. Grass skis do not have proper bindings while i have them. if you use diagonals you will reduce the risk or even prevent ACL injuries. Kneebindings are supposed to be the best.
