The skiing down to Oz struggled with conditions in January, and that was after a weeks worth of snow before we got there. Its lovely skiing but the lower runs really struggle to hold the snow, even when its cold.

We have guests in on the 31st, 7 April and 14 April...the resort is at its best in the morning at this time of year but hardly waterskiing!!!!
Have a look at Montgenevre - good for beginners and intermediates and great value too....

Been to ADH 3 times and last time was end of March 2010. Wouldn`t go that late again because of the South facing slopes......but I got a lovely tan, and had some great afternoons :)
A bad day on the slopes is better than a good day in the office !

Just looking at snow depth reported for each resort and ADH has by far the deepest snow out of the list of resorts I can avail of.
ADH 330cm
Les Arcs/La Plagne 275cm
Tignes 223cm
Both ADH and Tignes are expecting 4cm of snow on March 19th.
Seems to me there's a decent chance that conditions in ADH will still be among the best in France even on March 31st.

If you need to get away from the sunny slopes around ADH you could head over towards Oz-en-Oisans which is generally more shady. There's a small selection of red and blue runs where you can while away an hour or two in the afternoons but if the mild conditions continue, you're going to get some slush wherever you are.
