Went there in end of Jan 2010 and then again in end of April 2011 & Loved it.
April was with the family and it snowed each night so were waking up to fresh snow every day.
Jan was a tad cold.
Loads of great places to eat.
I would say Don't miss the chance to get a table or stool at Eddies Burger Bar But 6 137 Banff Avenue (on Caribou St. between Banff Ave and Bear St.)
Great choice of Caribou, Lamb, Beef, Boar etc and some sweet potato fries to die for, five of us eat there and it was great.
Sunshine Village Just has thee best snow too.
Eat on the mountain isn't bad at all, quality is good and portions large enough to. We eat mostly at the Lodge above the ski school desk.
Lake Louise has a bigger food hall with more of a canteen feel to it, and its larger. Think it was about £8 for a burger and chips and a drink. Soup they dd there was nice to and cheaper.
You'll have a great time there.
People are so friendly too.
Were off to the other side at Whistler this year.

Have Fun
