It is a difficult question I think I would head to Jungfrau, I understand that the hotel at Saas Fee has a sauna, but I found out that you have to be naked to go in it, after a long day's skiing who needs to have that inflicted upon them  . But honestly both great resorts from what I've heard.

Many Swiss Spa's have this policy and many Europeans believe that it's more healthy to not wear clothes in a Sauna.

How can you compare when you are staying close to the slopes in Saas Fee and at Interlaken you are at least 45 mins away from any slope ?????
If you stayed at Lauterbrunnen then you would only be 12 mins away from the slopes and have easy access to the whole Jungfrau Region or you could stay in beautiful car-free Murren and be yards away from the slopes in over 100cm of snow in the village...

My vote is for Jungfrau, provided you have your car - Twice as large, very varied, different area every other day. Easy to get to from Interlaken. You might need to allow an extra 1/2 hour to drive to Zweilütschinen and park your car, but from there you can take a train and cable car in at least 4 different directions. Alternatively you can just drive to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen or Stecklberg to access the lifts and trains.
Great skiing guaranteed.

Saas-Fee, leave your car at the entrance to the village in the Underground car park. Amazing glacier, pretty village, exceptional snow record as it's a favourite of race teams for summer ski training. Very good pistes for intermediates. Possibility of skiing nearby Zermatt for the day, with good transport links.
