If I was going to be offended by a picture of a german in a helmet or a BBC report I know which it would be!
I am still hoping that someone has access to the British Medical Journal online and can tell me what they actually said!
I am wondering if the figures might possibly suggest something like helmets make little difference to the actual fatality rate but help a lot with the less serious head injuries.
