My Ischgl trip was a lads week, it also featured Jessie J lookalikes dancing in a slightly dodgy lappers bar,but that's another story.
Family apres when the kids are 11 & 14 tends to be them going back to the Hotel and getting on there tablets, and me and the mrs have a few beers.

Switzerland = Fortnum Mason
Austria = Waitrose
Italy = Sainsburys
France = Tesco
Andorra = Lidl or Aldi
Bulagaria = Going through the bins at any of the above for the post "best before" chuck away stuff.

Sorry i couldn't resist it.

"Family apres when the kids are 11 & 14" - for my 14 year old it was all about scoring drugs and trying to get laid. That's my boy.

Pretty much sums up the snobbery inherent in the typical British skier.
"Better to remain reticent and have people think one is an idiot, than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt"

Each to their own. Ours (11 & 12) don't have tablets/laptops with them and Me & Mrs don't go for beers. We tend to stop in together for a meal and play Scrabble etc etc. :shock:

But we digress, although it does prove that country comparisons often degenerate into stereo-typing (or worse)- see my page 1 comments :!:
if I'm not skiing then I'm kayaking.

A new low; people about their grocery habits and what teenage boys get up to. At least the butler can smile when pouring a nice glass to a plonker.
